Casa Ritzy has been recently constructed to an extremely high standard and is situated in a quiet area of Montechoro on the outskirts of the picturesque tourist town of Albufeira, in the central Algarve. It is less than a 25 minute drive from Faro International Airport, 5 minute drive to the nearest golf course, and within 20 minutes drive to ten major golf courses, all of which are of a very high standard. 5 minutes to many of the beautiful blue flag beaches in this area and a 10 minute walk to the top end of the strip at Albufeira with its many bars, restaurants and nightlife.
Casa Ritzy offers economical luxurious accommodation for large families and golfing parties, together with opportunities for corporate entertainment or business meetings. This superb Villa which has been tastefully decorated and furnished throughout stands in its own grounds and is not part of a complex in the centre of Albufeira in a quiet location. The Villa accommodates 16 people and has one double master bedroom with full en-suite facilities, another double bedroom room with en-suite facilities and a further six twin bedrooms, all of which benefit from en-suite facilities. There is also a family bathroom available. All bedrooms are equipped with radio alarm clocks and hair dryers.
Casa Ritzy also has the added benefit of air-conditioning throughout, central heating, full double glazing and rooms are fitted with smoke alarms throughout. A security safe is installed and there is electronic alarm system. The private car parking area is accessed via electric automatic gates, however, there is ample parking immediately outside the Villa.
The ground floor accommodates a very comfortable large lounge which has a wide screen TV, Satellite UK Free to view TV channels, a DVD player and a separate sound system. The dining room is located between the kitchen and the lounge, and also opens out onto an enclosed attractive courtyard area with table and chairs.
The kitchen is furnished to the highest standard and is extremely well equipped, with microwave, ceramic hob, fridge, freezer and dishwasher. There is ample cutlery, plates and glassware provided for a full complement of guests. There is a large kitchen table that sits 8 people and this bright and airy kitchen also benefits from opening onto an attached terrace with further seating which overlooks the pool and terrace area. This is an ideal location for breakfast as it is south facing. There is also a separate utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer for guest’s personal laundry.
On the ground floor there is a large central sun room with tables and chairs an ideal reading area. On this level there is a separate toilet and shower room.
This Villa has a 10 x 5 metre swimming pool which has an attractive rock waterfall feature and 16 sun loungers with parasols. There is an outside shower and the pool is heated to provide comfortable use during the cooler months. There is a large BBQ and two terrace areas with outside seating, a pretty mature garden which contains a lawned area.
The owners request that guests respect their wishes that Casa Ritzy remains a "Non Smoking" Villa. Pets by prior arrangement maybe allowed.
Complimentary tea, milk, coffee, soft drinks and fruit are provided upon your arrival.
A twice weekly maid service will be provided throughout your stay with cleaning on Wednesdays (no linen change) and cleaning on Saturdays incorporating a full change of fresh bed linen and bath/hand towels being made available. The pool cleaner and gardener regularly visit the Villa to ensure that the swimming pool is well maintained and the garden is kept to a high standard.
For family parties two cots and two high chairs can be provided.
The Villa is well situated for exploring the beautiful countryside, visiting one or more of the Algarve's magnificent sandy beaches, playing golf, tennis , visiting the many water parks, ZooMarine, Fiesa the sand sculptures and other sports or for simply relaxing in the peaceful surroundings and taking in the beauty of the region.
Access to the Villa is very good and car hire is not essential. However it is recommended that transport be arranged prior to your arrival. Airport transfers can be arranged prior to your arrival and car hire rental is relatively inexpensive and is usually picked upon your arrival and dropped off at the Airport. |
