Our home in Arnold, California is two separate units of 1,000 sq ft, upstairs Unit A and Downstairs Unit B. Each has a master bedroom, 2ND bedroom, bathroom, living room, dining room, kitchen and deck facing lake. NONSMOKING. Fully furnished.
Both have Kitchens have a dishwasher, garbage disposal, toaster, blender, microwave, full stove, refrigerator and all utensils and pans.
Unit A, Upstairs, sleeps 7 people:
The master bedroom> queen bed, cable/VCR/DVD, ceiling fan, and views of Stanislaus National Forest.
Second bedroom> double bed with loft single, ceiling fan, TV, VCR, DVD and views of Stanislaus National Forest.
The bathroom is tub with shower and views of the forest if you are very very tall.
The living room has 3 recliners, queen hide-a-bed, cable, VCR/DVD, ceiling fan, boom box, stereo, games, wireless and dial up Internet, electric fireplace with views of Lakemont Pines lake. Heated & cooled by forced air.
Downstairs, Unit B, sleeps B:
The living room has a double hide-a-bed, love seat and recliner, TV, VCR< DVD, wireless.
Master bedroom has a double bed, TV and VCR.
2nd bedroom has 4 single beds, walk in blankets and spare closet for blankets, vacuum cleaner and iron.
Dining room has a bamboo table and 8 chairs.
Bathroom has a shower, toilet and vanity.
Lakemont Pines lake has beaches, paddle boat, playground, snack bar, fishing, swimming all usable with our guest tags. |
